We called ACE Environmental to request a bid for a project we have coming up. I initially spoke to Lori who said she would reach out to Josh and have him call us back to let us know if they would be able to help us. 5 minutes later I received a call from Josh who although they were not able to help with our project graciously took the time to refer 2 companies that could help. A few minutes after that phone call, Lori then followed up with us again to ensure we received the information on the two companies from Josh. Within the hour we had 2 emails introducing us to the 2 companies mentioned by Josh. Although ACE was not able to assist with our project they went above and beyond to help in anyway they could. We had no prior relationship with this company and found them from a google search. The customer service they provided to someone they did not know and could not offer their services too was EXTRAORDINARY. If we ever need services that they provide or are able to recommend ACE to anyone in the future I would not hesitate to give their name. If their customer service was this professional and responsive for a non client, I would guarantee that as a client they would go above and beyond!!! It is hard to find genuine, quality employees to represent companies these days and Josh and Lori are definite assets to ACE Environmental.
